ok, so its september now and its getting to be about that time. would
be cool to here from all people wanting to be involved. i talked to
ryan last week about him bringing his sound system. so here's the
deal- he wants to do it either before or after last thursday, so that
he can have everything packed and ready for both events. would be cool
if it were the week before, ie mon tuesday and wednesday and then we
could come back for last thursday and help/ set up/ support his last
thursday event. to me this sounds like a full schedule that would
bring everything into almost a mission possible. a lot of work and
play all smashed into a week.

so, for those who have spoken before about doing this, would that week
be possible for u? i would go down on saturday night and have
directions for everyone to the spot by sunday afternoon, or night.
this would give u all a chance to come down on a day u dont work. i
think ryan and the soundsystem will only be there one night, for the
grand finally on wednesday night..other smaller systems could be jimmy
rigged for mon-wed.

now is the time to start making plans. try and look at the calander
and let me know what days u all r coming down.

also a meeting would be nice. i could have it at my house. no problems.

the dates aren't set in stone yet, but this is a ruff draft of how
things could happen. the location will be somewhere east of roseburg.
haven't nailed down exactly where, but it wont be much further than
prineville was....
